A success story of courage and initiative - Aleksandr Bacherikov
Adapting to a new language and environment can be challenging, and becoming an entrepreneur in a new environment can feel even more daunting. However, our light entrepreneur Aleksandr is an encouraging example that nothing is impossible when you have the right attitude!
17-year-old Aleksandr moved to Finland about 3.5 years ago. He quickly adapted to the new environment and found a passion for working with Finnish tuba players and companies. Aleksandr is a graphic designer who focuses on designing content for tweeters, such as YouTube thumbnails, logos and banners. Through his work, he has also had the opportunity to participate in and produce content for some amazing events.
Aleksandr was inspired to start a light business by a friend and has now been a light entrepreneur for almost two years. He particularly appreciates the fact that he can control his own working hours and work when and where he wants. At the same time, he balances his high school studies with his light entrepreneurship. Although the days can be long and demanding, he sees the results he achieves as worth the effort. In addition, working with tuba players has inspired her to start her own YouTube channel.
Initiative and quality of work are key to finding customers
Getting customers can sometimes be difficult for a light entrepreneur. However, Aleksandr showed courage and initiative by approaching tweetsellers via email and Instagram. This produced the desired result, and his quality work spoke for itself. Satisfied customers started recommending him, which further increased his client base. In addition, Aleksandr has been invited to various events where he has been able to network and find new potential clients.
Truster as a reliable partner on the entrepreneurial path
Truster has provided clear pricing and a fast support service for light entrepreneurs. Alexandria was particularly attracted by Truster's fixed price light entrepreneurship.
"I use Truster because I really like the 50 euro flat rate for light entrepreneurship. I pay €50 a month and don't pay extra commission on every invoice."
Aleksandr wants to encourage other light entrepreneurs to be persistent and believe in themselves. Although the journey may seem difficult, he encourages people to keep going and to trust that their own hard work and perseverance will get them there.
Alexander's story teaches us that age is no barrier to pursuing dreams. Courage, initiative and quality in work can open doors to success, whatever the dream.
