Getting started and changes

- We automatically receive tax cards for light entrepreneurs who invoice without a business ID from the Tax Administration. If the search fails, we will contact you separately by message.
Use of the service and technical matters
- If you have problems logging in, please contact our customer service. Always remember to log in using the same login method.
- Most views in the application are updated automatically when the information has been updated for us. Customer service cannot speed up the updating of information.
- If you encounter a technical problem, check whether the app has been updated to the latest version and/or whether you have received a notification from us about a temporary disruption.
Billing and payment transactions
- When will I get paid? We pay salaries and private withdrawals once your customer has paid the invoice and the payment has been processed. You can see the breakdown of payments directly in the app. Payments are processed on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Editing an invoice:You can edit an invoicebefore it is sent to the customer. Once an invoice has been sent, it can no longer be edited—it must be credited by contacting customer service via message.
- If the invoice has not been paid on time: An automatic payment reminder will be sent to your customer for the overdue invoice (5 days for business customers, 14 days for private customers). You can view the invoice status directly in the application.
Income, expenses, and taxation
- Who pays taxes? We handletax payments automatically when we pay your salary. Sole proprietors must pay the advance taxes determined by the Tax Administration themselves.
- Do I need to submit my tax card? Weautomatically receivethe tax cards of light entrepreneurs who invoice without a business ID from the Tax Administration. If the search fails, we will contact you separately by message. Sole proprietors must update their tax rate in the application themselves.
- Where can I view my company's payment details?You can find up-to-date reports for sole proprietors in the app—you can download them at any time free of charge.
- Where can I find my payslip? Payslips for light entrepreneurs can be found in the application menu under Salaries.
Deadlines and obligations
- We will automatically remind you of important deadlines by email and in the app.
- For sole proprietors, late payment may result in additional charges, but often the situation can still be remedied.
- We handle most of the notifications on your behalf – exceptions will be clearly communicated.
YEL insurance and security
- Am I liable for YEL? YEL liability depends on your income and working model. It is mandatory for both light entrepreneurs without a business ID and sole proprietors. It accrues your pension and forms the basis of your social security.
- How much does YEL cost? YEL insurance costs the same at all insurance companies. The insurance premium is based on your estimated earned income.
- What is Truster ? Truster includes accident, liability, and legal protection insurance, an extensive contract library, and changing partner benefits.

How do I open a business name?
- When you want to start invoicing with your own business ID, click on Order on the front page of the application and select Truster Pro Light.
- Grant us personal authorization so that we can open a business ID for you or retrieve your existing business ID information.
- Opening a business ID takes 1-2 business days. If you have a business ID that is not in the prepayment and VAT registers, re-registration takes approximately 3 weeks.
- We will notify you separately when your order is being processed, and you can track its progress in the app. Customer service cannot expedite your order.
When will I receive payment?
- We will pay you once your customer has paid the invoice and the payment has been received by us. It typically takes 1-2 business days from the invoice being paid to the money arriving in your account.
- If you have selected an additional service (Instant Pay or Quick Pay), your payment will be processed as soon as the conditions for the additional service are met.
- Payments are processed on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- The status of your invoice will be updated automatically once we have received your payment. Customer service cannot expedite the processing of payments.

Why is there a 25.5% tax on my bill?
- The invoice amount includes 25.5% value added tax (VAT). The tax rate may vary depending on the work you have done. Your payment will be made on the basis of 0% VAT.
- Value added tax is automatically added to your invoices. Your customer pays the total amount of the invoice, and we take care of reporting the value added tax to the Tax Administration.

Has my bill been paid?
- If your invoice status is Pending or Overdue, the payment has not yet been recorded on the invoice.
- The app automatically updates the invoice status once the payment has been registered with us. Customer service cannot expedite the processing of payments.
- If your customer reports that they have paid the invoice, we can typically expect the payment to arrive within 1-2 business days. If the invoice is not updated after two business days, please ask your customer for a payment receipt showing the details used for the payment. You can send the receipt to our customer service via message.
