Restrictions generally apply to
Licensed sectors: For example, healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses) with certain restrictions, security companies, or licensed taxi services.
Large-scale goods trade: If you buy and sell goods in large volumes (online store), light entrepreneurship suitable for VAT reasons.
Licensed restaurants: Require separate licenses.
