Subcontractor: How to receive payments through Truster

If you are a subcontractor, the main user—i.e., the entrepreneur in whose name the invoice is issued—is responsible for creating and distributing the invoice. This means that you do not need to create the invoice yourself, but will receive your share based on the invoice distributed by the main user.

Here's what to do

In order for the administrator to share the invoice with you, they must be able to find you in the system.

1. Activate sharing: Open Truster and select Share invoice from the menu.
2. Share the code: Click "Allow sharing." You will receive a code to send to the administrator (e.g., via WhatsApp or email).
3. Please wait: Once the administrator has added your code, they can share future invoices with you in just a few clicks.

HetiPalkka as a subcontractor

Would you like to increase your share of HetiPalkka? This can be done as soon as the administrator has distributed the invoice.

Please note that you cannot request HetiPalkka before the original sender of the invoice (main user) has made the distribution in the application. Therefore, please wait until the distribution has been completed. Once the invoice has been successfully distributed and your share is visible in the application, you can request HetiPalkka for your share as normal.
