Invoicing is the best moment for an entrepreneur – it means that the work is done and the money is coming in. We have made the process as straightforward as possible.
Step 1: Creating an invoice
Open the app and proceed as follows:
- Customer: Select Invoices > + Add new invoice. If the customer is new, enter their basic information (name, address, business ID). You will then be able to find them directly from the list.
- Information: Check the due date (standard 14 days) and VAT rate (usually 25.5%).
- Work: Click Add row. Describe your work clearly (e.g., "Plumbing work, 5 hours") and set a price.
- Send: Check the preview and click Send invoice. We'll take care of the rest!
Step 2: When will the money arrive?
You can choose how quickly you want the money to be transferred to your account after sending the invoice:
- When the invoice has been paid:
You will receive the money when the customer pays the invoice. Settlement will take place no later than 3 p.m. on the next business day after the payment is received. - HetiPalkka (Service fee 5%):
If you cannot wait until the due date, we can pay the invoice to you immediately. This requires a credit check of the customer and written approval of the invoice. - Express payment (+€25):
Would you like to receive your money as soon as it arrives with us, without waiting for the next payment run? This additional service speeds up the settlement process and we will pay you manually, outside of the normal payment run. - Later:
If you want to leave the money Truster as savings and withdraw it yourself later.
