Truster, you can handle your invoicing right after a gig, even while riding the bus home.
1. Open the app and get started
Makesure you have the latest version of the Truster. On the home screen, click " Create Invoice."
2. Select a customer
Select the customer you want to invoice from the list, or add a new customer’s information. You can invoice Finnish or foreign companies, as well as individuals. The app remembers your previous customers, so you only need to enter a customer’s information once.
3. Enter the basic invoice information
Checkthat the payment terms and due date are as agreed. Select the correct VAT rate.
4. Describe the work you have done
Addinvoice lines and provide a clear description of the work performed (e.g., "Window cleaning, 3 hours"). A clear invoice is easy for the customer to approve and pay.
5. Add any expenses and travel costs
Did you incurany expenses for the gig, or did you drive there in your own car? Add travel expenses and other costs to the invoice at this stage so that you can receive them tax-free when your pay is processed (if the client reimburses them).
6. Review and submit
Onceall the information has been entered, preview the invoice and click Send. We’ll review the invoice one last time before it’s sent out. You can track the invoice’s status and payment receipt in real time through the app.
When is the private withdrawal paid out?
You can choose how quickly you want the funds to be deposited into your account when you submit the invoice.
Once the invoice has been paid
Private withdrawals are paid automatically once your customer has paid the invoice and the payment has been processed by us. Once we have received the payment, your private withdrawal will be paid out no later than the next business day during the next payment run. Private withdrawals are typically credited to your account within 1–3 business days after your customer has paid the invoice. Private withdrawals are paid out on weekdays during business hours.
Weekly salary
When you choose Hetipalkka, your personal withdrawal can be paid out before the invoice has been paid. A separate confirmation request will be sent to your customer regarding the invoice, and we will also check your customer’s creditworthiness. After this, the Hetipalkka payment will be made if there are no obstacles to payment. If the Hetipalkka payment is blocked, we will contact you separately. Hetipalkka can only be requested for invoices from business customers. The service fee for Hetipalkka is 5% per invoice. Hetipalkka payments are made on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Instant payment
We process individual payments according to a predefined schedule. If you want to ensure that a specific individual payment is processed on a certain day, select "Express Payment" on the invoice. We process express payments separately, outside of our normal schedule. An express payment can be processed once your customer has paid the invoice and the payment has been received by us. The service fee for express payments is €25 per payment. Express payments are processed on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
