As an Uber driver, you can use Truster for accounting, but remember: you are your own bank.
How does it work?
Uber pays your driving fees directly into your account. This means that Truster collect taxes from you.
Save: When Uber pays you, immediately set aside money for your VAT return and income taxes.
Report: Download your Tax Summary from the Uber portal and send it to us every month.
Pay: We will file your VAT return based on your report. You will pay the VAT portion in OmaVero.
If you forget to submit your report or save your receipts for tax purposes, you may be in for an expensive surprise. So make sure you take care of your monthly reporting diligently!
