If you originally subscribed to Truster through the App Store on an iOS device, you will now manage your subscription at my.truster.com. There will be no changes to the app itself or your account information; only your payment method will change.
Why are we making this change?
Better pricing
There are no platform fees for subscriptions outside the AppStore, so we can keep your prices low.
More flexibility
You canupdate your subscription, change your payment method, and manage your billing all in one place.
Faster development
We canintroduce new pricing and new features without the delays associated with the App Store.
Follow these steps to keep your current price
- Cancel your current iOS subscription. It’s important to do this first so you aren’t charged twice. Go to the settings on your Apple device: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Truster Cancel Subscription.
- Log in online. Open my.truster.com in your browser and log in using your online banking credentials.
- Check your order. Select and confirm the order template you want.
- Add a payment method. Add a credit or debit card. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
- Confirm. Going forward, your subscription will be automatically charged to the card you provided.
Good to know about the change
Do I need to cancel my iOS subscription?
Yes, and the order in which you do this is important. First, cancel your App Store subscription in your iPhone settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Truster Cancel). Only then should you activate your new subscription at my.truster.com. This will help you avoid duplicate charges.
Can I still use Truster on an Apple device?
Yes. There will be no changes to the app itself, and you can continue using it as usual. Only the payment method for your subscription will change.
What if I don't reschedule my order?
Prices for iOS subscriptionsare set to rise significantly. By switching to a web subscription, you can ensure that your price remains at the current level.
Can I switch back later?
It is not possible to switch backto iOS billing. However, you can manage your subscription and payment information entirely online.
Is the change safe?
Yes. Signing in requires strong bank authentication. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant, secure, and widely used international payment processor.
