Here's what to do in the event of a dispute:

- Please keep all relevant messages, agreements, invoices, and other materials.
- Don't make binding decisions in a hurry without further investigation.
- Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will help you assess the situation and advise you on how to proceed.
