Express Pay is an optional service that allows you to have your paycheck processed manually on a separate basis. With this service, your paycheck is paid out to you as soon as possible, without having to wait for Truster’s next regular payday.
What is Pikamaksu?
This is about speeding up the processing. When you select Express Payment, our accountant will pull your payment out of the queue and process it separately.
- Note: This service speeds up processing on Truster’s end; it does not affect the technical transfer times between banks.
When can you use it?
Instant payment can be used in two situations:
- Once the customer has paid the invoice: The payment is disbursed to Truster immediately upon receipt.
- Regarding HetiPalkka: Once a HetiPalkka request has been approved, payment is made immediately as a separate transaction.
Price and Terms
- Price: €25 (incl. VAT) per payroll.
- Processing: Express payments are processed on weekdays during business hours. Payments ordered in the evening or on weekends are processed on the next business day.
- Setup: Select "Quick Payment" when creating an invoice or during the payroll process Truster.
