Taking out YEL insurance may seem complicated, but we have made it a matter of a few clicks in cooperation with Ilmarinen.
Get insurance in the app:
Open Menu > YEL insurance.
Log in with your bank credentials.
Fill in the information.
What happens then?
Information transfer: Ilmarinen will notify us of your insurance.
Payments: You do not need to pay separate invoices. We will automatically deduct YEL contributions from your invoices and pay them to Ilmarinen.
What if I already have YEL?
You can transfer your current insurance policy to us from the same menu.
Condition: The insurance must have been valid with the current company for at least one year. However, you can already apply for the transfer, and it will take place automatically when the time comes. Until then, please continue to pay your insurance bills as normal until the transfer has been completed.
