The reimbursement rates are updated annually, and this year we are pleased to present the following figures for daily allowances, mileage and meal allowances:
Mileage allowance:
Commuting by car: maximum €0.55/km.
Daily allowances:
Partial daily allowance: A commute of more than 6 hours entitles you to a €25 allowance.
Full daily allowance: A commute of more than 10 hours entitles you to €54 in compensation.
Meal allowance:
One meal: €13.50.
Two meals: €27.00 ( if two meals are consumed during the day).
Note: The billing service company can only reimburse meal allowances when the work is performed in a special field.
