In order for us to manage your company's affairs, we need your authorization. Without authorization, Truster just an app on your phone – with authorization, we are your accountant.
We need two different authorizations from you in the Suomi.fi service. Both are necessary, but they are required at different stages.
1. Personal authorizations (Start)
This is given at the beginning of the service. It is a permit to establish a business.
- What we do with it: We open a business ID for you or retrieve the details of your existing company.
- If this is missing: The service will not start, and we will not be able to open your account.
2. Company authorizations (Arki)
This is issued when the business ID is open. It is a license to handle tax matters.
- What we do with it: We file VAT returns and tax returns and pay taxes from your account to the tax authorities.
- If this is missing: Taxes will remain unreported and unpaid. This will lead to tax increases and late fees, even if you are using the service.
Check the status of your authorizations in the app: Company info > Tax payment info. If the page is blank, the authorization is missing.
