After ordering the business name service, you will receive an authorization request via the Suomi.fi service. This authorization serves as your electronic consent for us to either issue you a Business ID or retrieve the details of your existing Business ID. Without authorization, the order cannot proceed, as we are unable to act without your electronic permission. Authorization is a mandatory part of setting up the business name service. To grant authorization, you will need Finnish online banking credentials or a mobile certificate.
Here's how to grant personal permissions

- Click Log in
3. Select Act as yourself
4. Click Go to Suomi.fi authorizations.
5. Click Proceed to confirmation (1)
6. Click Confirm authorization
The permissions have now been granted. The information will be updated in our system within about 24 hours, and you will receive a status update in the "Tasks" section on the app's home screen. Therefore, you do not need to notify us separately that you have granted the permissions.
Please note that this is the first set of permissions we are requesting. Later in the process, we will ask you for another set of permissions— business permissions. We will send you instructions when the time comes.
