Maksuvahti is a service designed to safeguard the entire lifecycle of every invoice you send, from the moment it is sent until payment is received. It automatically monitors due dates, sends payment reminders, and, if necessary, initiates collection efforts if the customer does not pay the invoice on time.
This means you don’t have to go to the trouble of chasing down your own receivables—we’ll handle the entire process for you.
Contents of the Payment Monitor
- Real-time monitoring: We closely monitor the status and payment schedule of each invoice on your behalf.
- Automatic reminders: If payment is not received, we will send professional reminders completely automatically.
- Comprehensive collection service: If necessary, we will take the process all the way to collection to ensure that the money ends up in your account.

Using the Payment Monitor
By default, this service is enabled for all invoices you send, but you can disable it on a per-customer basis Truster by accessing that customer’s details if you don’t feel you need this extra security for your invoices.
Please note that if you have turned off Payment Watch, any subsequent collection actions will be your responsibility. Payment reminders are also not included in the service in this case.
