In order for us to handle your company's affairs, such as accounting and taxes, you must give us permission to do so. We need two different authorizations from you in the Suomi.fi service. Both are necessary, but they are used at different stages.
1. Personal powers
This permission will be requested from you when you orderLight Pro Light . It serves as permission to establish a company.
- What the authorization is used for: We will open a business ID for you or retrieve the details of your existing company.
- If we do not receive authorization:Light Pro Light will not start.
2. Company authorizations
This license is granted when you have a business ID. It is a license to handle tax matters.
- What the authorization is used for: We submit VAT returns and tax returns on your behalf and pay taxes to the Tax Administration.
- If we do not receive authorization: We cannot report or pay VAT to the Tax Administration. This will result in a late payment fee, which you will have to pay yourself.
You can view the status of corporate authorizations in the application under: Company information > Tax payment information. If this page is empty, the authorization is missing.
