If you are acting as a substitute, you do not need to worry about creating the invoice. The main courier will distribute the invoice to you.
1. Allow data sharing
In order for the main courier to share the invoice with you, you must give permission for the invoice to be shared and provide the main courier with the code found in your application. You only need to do this once.
Here's what to do (in your Truster):
- Open the Truster app and select Split Bill from the menu.
- Click "Allow sharing of information."
- Share the code: The app will give you a code that you send to the main courier (e.g., via message).
Once the main courier has added your code, they can share future invoices with you with just a couple of clicks.
2. Immediate salary as a substitute
Can you withdraw your share as immediate pay? Yes, you can, but you will have to wait for the head clerk.
Important: You cannot request Immediate Pay until the original sender of the invoice (main courier) has made the distribution in the application and your share has been confirmed.
Proceed as follows: Wait until the main courier has completed the distribution. Once the invoice has been successfully distributed and your share is visible in the app, you can request your share of HetiPalkka as normal. You will receive a message when the main courier has distributed the invoice to you.
