Step 1: Order
Open Truster, select Subscription, and click Subscribe to Pro Light.
Step 2: Authorizations (Suomi.fi)
Your order will be put on hold until you give us permission to proceed.
- Go to the Suomi.fi service and accept the pending authorization request (Act on your own behalf).
- This authorization allows us to establish a business ID on your behalf.
Step 3: Waiting
- New company: A business ID number is usually issued within 1–2 business days.
- Old company: If you already have a business ID that needs to be reactivated, please allow 3–4 weeks for processing (depending on the situation at the Tax Administration).
When your business ID is open, you will receive a notification and you are ready to start invoicing!
How much does the service cost?
The basic feeLight Pro Light is 3.99% per invoice. The service fee is only charged when you have invoices. No fixed costs, no hidden costs. If the customer you are invoicing has a cooperation agreement with us, the separately agreed price list will be automatically taken into account in your invoicing.
What does the service include?
Light Pro Light includes everything you need so that you can focus on what matters most. We take care of your accounting and statutory obligations, such as filing and paying VAT returns and filing annual business tax returns.
If the customer you are invoicing has a cooperation agreement with us, we will even create invoices on your behalf based on the information we receive from your customer. If you are unsure who creates the invoices, simply contact your customer about the matter.
