Which sectors cannot be invoiced as a light entrepreneur?

What types of work cannot be invoiced as a light entrepreneur? Read the list of restrictions, such as licensed fields and large-scale goods trading.

Light entrepreneurship is suitable for almost all types of work, but there are a few exceptions where legislation or practices require you to have your own company with a business ID (trade name or limited company).

Restrictions generally apply to

  1. Licensed sectors: For example, healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses) with certain restrictions, security companies, or licensed taxi services.
  2. Large-scale trade in goods: If you buy and sell goods in large volumes (online store), light entrepreneurship is not suitable for VAT reasons.
  3. Licensed restaurants: Require separate licenses.

However, most service sectors (construction, cleaning, consulting, media, IT) are perfectly suitable. If you are unsure about your field, please ask our customer service!
