Light entrepreneurship is suitable for almost all types of work, but there are a few exceptions where legislation or practices require you to have your own company with a business ID (trade name or limited company).
Restrictions generally apply to
Licensed sectors: For example, healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses) with certain restrictions, security companies, or licensed taxi services.
Large-scale trade in goods: If you buy and sell goods in large volumes (online store), light entrepreneurship is not suitable for VAT reasons.
Licensed restaurants: Require separate licenses.
