How do I know if my customer has paid the invoice?
Check the status of your invoice in the app: "Paid" means that your salary is on its way. If necessary, you can ask for more information from customer service.
Are you waiting for payday? You can easily check the status of your invoice yourself, so you don't have to guess.
Open Truster, click Invoices, and find the invoice in question . If the invoice status is Paid, your customer's payment has been registered with our bank. This is great news—it means we will pay your salary very soon. Your payslip is generated at the time of payment, so if you can find your payslip under Salaries ( in the menu), your salary is already on its way.
Do you need money right away?
Ifthe invoice is not yet due but you need the money immediately, you can request the Instant Pay service from our customer service.
