Liability insurance and damages

Accidents happen, even to the best of us. That's why we at Truster have made sure that you won't be left alone if something goes wrong. Our service fee always includes comprehensive liability insurance.

What does the insurance cover?Liability insurance protects you in situations where you cause damage to a customer's property or to a third party in the course of your work. The insurance covers damages up to €1 million.

Here's what to do in case of damage:

1. Don't panic. Calmly find out what has happened.
2. Take photos of the damage and write down what happened.
3. Please contact our customer service immediately. We will help you file a claim with your insurance company.

Please note that the insurance is only valid when the work is invoiced through Truster.
