If you notice that you have sent an incorrect invoice, the easiest way to resolve the issue is to contact us. We can handle the refund and correction on your behalf to ensure that your accounting is correct.
Contact Truster customer service via the Messages section of the app. Tell us which invoice has the error and what needs to be corrected. We will create a credit note for the invoice, and you can create and send a new invoice to your customer if necessary.
