It is possible to reduce the number of work tools. Read the instructions for invoicing expenses to the customer or reporting them in your own tax return.
If you purchase tools or materials for your work, you can often deduct their cost from your taxes. As a light entrepreneur, you have two ways to do this:
Bill the customer for expenses: If you have agreed with the customer that they will pay for supplies, add them to the invoice as a separate line item.
Deduct it from your own taxes: If you purchase a computer or phone, for example, that you cannot invoice directly to a customer, you can deduct it as an income-generating expense on your personal tax return.
Remember that the tax authorities always require proof of deductions. So keep your receipts safe!
