The Truster Pro Light service needs two authorizations from Suomi.fi: personal and company authorizations. Issuing a company authorisation enables us to handle your company's accounting and other official notifications on your behalf.
Empowerment is quick and easy - just follow these steps!
Go to Suomi.fi/valtuudet and authenticate with your Finnish bank account details or mobile certificate.
Click on "Company Credentials".
Select your business name and press "Select and go to the service".
You will now see a list of acceptable proxy requests - click "Go to Confirm".
Scroll down the page and press "Confirm credentials".
And that's it! Once your mandate is confirmed, we can take care of your accounts and declarations for you. 🙌
