In which registers will the business name be registered?

·
27.2.2025

As a Truster Pro Light user, your business name will be automatically registered in the Pre-tax Register and the VAT Register. We will also check that your existing Y-number registrations are in order.

The Prepayment of Taxes Register is a register maintained by the Tax Administration, which allows businesses and traders to invoice their customers without withholding tax. This means that your customers do not have to withhold tax on payments if your Y-identification number is in the register.

The Register of VAT payers is also a register maintained by the Tax Administration, which includes businesses and traders who are obliged to pay and account for VAT on the goods and services they sell. Truster handles the VAT returns and payments on your behalf.
