1. Managing your current subscription

When you log in to the customer portal, you will see the following information about your current subscription in the initial view:

  • Price: you will see the monthly fee for your subscription, for example "49,00 € per month".
  • Renewal date: You can see the date on which your subscription will automatically renew.

From this view you can:

  • Update your subscription: if you want to make changes to your subscription, you can click on the Update subscription button.
  • To cancel your subscription: if you want to cancel your subscription, select Cancel subscription. If you want to cancel your order, you need to cancel it. This will open the cancellation screen (see section 3).

In the Payment methods section, you can see all the payment cards linked to your subscription. If you want to change or add a payment method:

  1. Click on More payment method.
  2. This will take you to the add a payment method screen (see section 2).

2. Adding a payment card

If you want to update your payment method, you can add a new card as follows:

  1. Enter your card details:
    • Card number: Enter your card number.
    • Expiry date: Enter the expiry date of the card in the format DD/MM/YYYY.
    • Security code: enter the three-digit security code of the card.
  2. Select country: use the drop-down menu to select the country where the card was issued.
  3. Set as default card (optional): if you want the new card to be automatically used as a payment method, select Use as default payment method.
  4. Confirm: press Add to save the new payment method.

If you don't want to add a card, you can go back by pressing Go back.

3. Cancellation of an order

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can access the cancellation screen by following these steps:

  1. You will see the cancellation details of your order:
    • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. For example, if your billing date is 11 December 2024, you can use your subscription until then.
  2. If you are sure about the cancellation:
    • Click the Cancel button to confirm the cancellation.
  3. If you want to cancel the transaction and keep your order:
    • Click Go back to go back.

After cancellation, you can renew your subscription at any time if you decide to continue using the service later.
