Take advantage of Truster reports - Track and manage your business easily!

As a business owner, you have access to a comprehensive range of reports to help you manage and monitor your business. Do you already know where to find them and how to use them? Let's find out how to access these reports and what they can be used for! 👀

Where can you find the reports?

📌 O pen Truster
📌 Select "Company details" from the menu
📌 Go to "Downloadable reports"

You will then see a list of reports related to your business, which you can download to suit your needs.

📊 Main reports and their uses

1. Sales report - Track your business sales

The sales report contains a comprehensive summary of all your sales invoices. It includes information such as the invoice number, customer name, invoice date, payment date, VAT and non-VAT amounts.

Benefits:
✅ Track your company's sales and their development
✅ Use the report when authorities or financiers request sales data

2. Expense report - A comprehensive view of your company's expenses

This report brings together all the expenses processed through Truster, such as service charges, YEL contributions, subcontracting invoices and expenses added to the receipt scanner.

Benefits:
✅ Ensure that all company expenses are accounted for
✅ Facilitate monitoring and review of expenses

3. Lifting report - Monitoring of personal lifts

The report shows details of private withdrawals from your company account, as well as withheld taxes and any garnishments.

Benefits:
✅ Available, for example, as an attachment to a loan application or a request for information from the Immigration Service
✅ Easily track and manage your withdrawals

4. Income statement - See your business's financial situation at a glance

The income statement provides a summary of your company's sales, expenses and profit. The report shows sales by different VAT rates and the total amount of expenses.

Benefits:
✅ Indispensable report for authorities and financiers
✅ Helps to understand the financial performance of a company

5. Certificate of use of Truster - Official confirmation of the use of the billing service

This certificate shows that you are using Truster to manage your business. It may be necessary, for example, if an immigration office or other authority requires confirmation of your use of the billing service.

6. Employee certificate - Proof of employment in your company

An employee certificate confirms that you work in your own company. This may be necessary, for example, for official matters where you need to prove your job title and employment relationship.
